Do Human Rights need Religion?

October 28, 2014 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

UWM Student Union (Wisconsin Room)–Tuesday, Oct. 28 at 6:30 p.m.

On Tuesday, October 28, the University Student Center at Luther Memorial Chapel is sponsoring their fall presentation on the UWM campus. Internationally renowned Christian apologist and human rights scholar Dr. John Warwick Montgomery and Dr. Angus Menuge, President of the Evangelical Philosophical Society will present on the topic, “Do human rights need religion?” This presentation is intended not just for university students but for adult and youth members of SWD congregations as well. Please mark your calendars and plan to hear this timely presentation. In an age where naturalism and the new atheism regularly make claims not supported by history or by objective investigation it is important to continue speaking the truth in love. We hope to see you there!
