So\, what can you do in preparation for those first days?\nUnderstanding your Concordia Plan benefits: Do you know what benefits you have? Health Care? Pension? Learn what these benefits are and how they can help you be well in order to serve well.\nStaying connected in the District and beyond: A vital component to being a successful teacher is staying connected with others.
