They are assessing each room a $2.00 Green Initiative Fee.
This fee is not mandatory.
At the time of check-in, you can decline the fee.
Each group will make their own room reservations by calling the Kalahari or going online (the youth director or person in charge of the church can make reservations for their entire group, but WILL need to pay by credit card when they make a reservation). Also, in order to be tax exempt, the youth director must give their OWN churches tax exemption number (if you don't give it at the time of your reservation you will have to pay tax).

Call 1-877-253-5466 - Must say you are with (WISCONSIN STATE YOUTH GATHERING) to get our discounted rate of $129/night.
To make a reservation online:
Follow the instructions (our discount is already included).
