Meals

The following meals are included in the registration fee:

  • Monday lunch and dinner
  • Tuesday breakfast
  • All breaks

No substitutions may be made on any of the meals.  If there are special dietary needs, please include that with your registration.

Monday Lunch - Box lunches include condiments, pasta salad, fresh whole fruit, potato chips, dill pickle, cookie and mint candy.  The following choices will be available at the conference:

  • Mystic Smoked Ham - shaved smoked ham, French Boursin cheese, Danish Havarti cheese, slivered red onion on tiger rye bread with whiskey mustard sauce, green leaf lettuce and tomato
  • Grilled and Chilled Margarita Chicken Wrap with pepper-jack cheese, green onion, lettuce, tomato and cilantro lime mayonnaise
  • American Hoagie - Genoa salami, roast turkey breast, smokehouse ham and cheddar cheese on a hoagie roll with lettuce and tomato
  • Chef's Knife and Fork - sliced roast top sirloin and cheddar cheese on an onion roll with lettuce and tomato

Monday Dinner

  • Pasta Amore - three cheese ravioli, gnocci and penne pasta served with sauces including Bolognese, spinach and artichoke heart, Alfredo and tomato classico; grilled chicken - accompanied by toasted antipasto mozzarella bread, olive bar, toasted pine nuts, shredded Parmesan and gorgonzola cheeses, Caesar salad, tiramisu and coffee, tea or milk.

Tuesday Breakfast

  • Assorted fresh baked items, orange juice, coffee and tea
