The South Wisconsin District convention will be held at Concordia University Wisconsin on Sunday, June 10 through Tuesday, June 12, 2012. All convention sessions will be conducted in the Field House on the Concordia University Wisconsin, Mequon campus. Even if you’re not a delegate or rostered church worker, you’re welcome to attend some or all of the District convention. If you just want to drop in for a few sessions and expect no meals or housing, there is no need to register. Sessions also may be broadcast live on the internet using streaming video.
All convention materials will be available on this website, including nomination and recommendation forms, registration worksheets, the voting delegate accreditation form, and lay delegate/ministry advocate support information. Note that these and other convention materials will be posted online only and not mailed. Hard copies may be mailed upon request by contacting the District office, but we encourage you to make use of these electronic resources in the interest of good stewardship.
To speed up the nominations and delegate accreditation process, we ask that whenever possible you FAX completed forms to the District office at (414) 464-0602. Submissions may also be mailed using the address information provided on the form. Lay and alternate delegates must also be registered. Note that the accreditation form is not registration.
