The deadline for submitting an overture to the Convention is March 19, 2012. Overtures can come from a member of the Synod (congregation, ordained or commissioned minister) or from an official conference, an official board or commission of the District, or from a circuit.

Late submissions will be judged by the president, vice presidents and secretary.
