The Accreditation of Voting Delegates form authorizes your congregation's lay delegates as certified and eligible to vote at the Convention. Please make sure that your lay delegate’s name (and alternate, if applicable) and the appropriate authorization signatures are complete before returning to the District office.
Please mail to the District office - requested by March 26, 2012 (required for delegates potentially serving on floor committees).
Lay and alternate delegates must also register (see registration).
