The Academy is an intense, three day workshop which will empower the participants to understand their current methods of school funding, compare their model to that used by others and expand their knowledge to improve and enhance their local operation. There are many facets to a well-funded school. During these three days, participants will have the opportunity to explore a wide array of practical topics that will chart the direction for their schools for years to come!
Who is invited to the academy?
The target audience is the school adminstrator. Leaders from early childhood, elementary and high schools, pastors and board members will greatly benefit fromthe academy.
Cost
$150, plus lodging (all presentations, presentation materials and meals are included)
Schedule
Academy begins at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17 and ends at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 19. There will be evening sessions. Lunch on Tuesday is on your own.
Lodging: You are responsible for making your own room reservations. Contact the Landmark Resort, (800) 273-7877 and refer to the funding academy for our group rate. Deadline for room reservations is Sunday, May 18, 2008. Deadline has been extended to May 27!
