District Event at the Orlando NYG

Location: "Air Conditioned" Convention Center, South Building Room 320
Details: Connect/meet others in our district family and some of our friends, including Bob Lenz, Peder Eide, Lost & Found and others. Slow down, relax, eat, regroup and connect before heading downstairs at 7:00 PM for the mass event (avoid another walk / shuttle trip back and forth to your hotel). A box meal and soda are included (no need to worry about standing in another line)... or just enjoy the air conditioning, lay down in the corner and take a nap!
Arrival: The name of everyone signed up will be on our event VIP Guest List, so if you arrive in your group of three of more ahead of the rest of your group or leaders, no problem - we just check that your name is on the list and you are in. No need to remember a ticket. Leaders, please make sure we have all of the names when you sign up (part of the online sign up process).
Sign-up/Payment: Online via our SignUsUp System. You can start to sign-up after 3 pm on Friday 6/15/07.
