The South Wisconsin District of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod

In action, the board:
- approved the minutes of the Feb. 12, 2009 meeting of the South Wisconsin District board of directors.
- approved the amended constitutions and bylaws of Divine Redeemer, Hartland; Peace, Beaver Dam; and Trinity, Packwaukee
- received the 2008 audit report presented by Vrakas/Blum
- adopted the newly revised board policy manual
- adopted an amended severance policy for District executives
- requested an exception for Circuit 6 to have voting delegates seated at the 2010 national convention of Synod
- realigned Circuits 11, 12, 14 – upon circuit request – to eliminate the need for an exception for the 2010 national convention of Synod
