In action, the board:
- approved the minutes of the Dec. 10, 2009, meeting of the South Wisconsin District board of directors
- approved an LCEF loan for Bethlehem, Wales
- extended a call to Tim Ewell as District superintendent of schools
- approved a motion to expend temporarily restricted funds for District theological education
- reviewed proposed revisions to the SWD board of directors policy manual

- Debbie Novak, specifically:
- summary of congregational remittances
- congregational financial report
- SWD balance sheet
- SWD statement of activities
- departmental expense analysis
