Summary of the board of directors meeting
The South Wisconsin District of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod
Thursday, Aug. 11, 2011

In action, the board:

• approved minutes of the May 12, 2011 meeting
• accepted the resignation of Rev. Todd Peperkorn who has left the District
• approved the amended constitutions and bylaws of First Immanuel, Cedarburg; Living Savior, Ft. Atkinson; and Risen Savior, Franklin
• authorized President John Wille to sign an indemnity agreement in the sale of the District’s Whitewater property limiting District liability to $10,000 after expenditure of purchaser’s funding of 20,000
• authorized the Camp LuWiSoMo board to establish the legal easement through plot 9 to access plots 10-11 which have received an “Offer to Purchase”
• following the dinner break there was a lack of quorum, no additional business could be transacted
