Circuit pastors and congregations have established a partnership program with the District. New Hope in Neenah is preparing to launch a satellite site in Oshkosh to plant a new church in the fall of 2006 or spring of 2007, with New Hope/Neenah (Rev. Jeff Prewitt) serving as the mother church, and several area congregations serving as partner churches.
