Pastor Hougard serves his Anglo congregation and holds monthly German services. He also mentors and works with Vicar Blong Vang in Hmong ministry. Recently, a partnership has been developed with a French-speaking African immigrant congregation. Pastor Hougard is now also mentoring EIIT student Kasongo Gui Kabeo. Pastor Kasongo was confirmed in the Lutheran faith at Mission of Christ Lutheran. His French-speaking congregation meets at Benediction and is reaching out to all French-speaking people in Milwaukee including the Muslim community.
