Debra Novak started in December 2007 as the business manager for the South Wisconsin District. She is a life-long member of Bethlehem, Sheboygan. "I owe a lot of my values to my parents and Bethlehem where I attended school from kindergarten thru 8th grade," said Novak. Married to Dean Novak for almost 15 years, she has one step-son, Paul. Novak has a bachelors degree in accounting and a masters degree in business from Lakeland College. She comes to us with 33 years of experience in accounting and management, including working as accounting manager at Wigwam Mills, controller at Meyer Aluminium Blanks, and credit manager at HellermannTyton.
